Citterio Products - Voluntary Recall

to: white rose dairy
from: Vincent Campagnola
subject: Citterio Products
date: 6/12/2007

As discussed, can you please have your stores check for our CITTERIO fresco Rosmarino with an expiration date of June 4, 2007, Bresaola with an expiration date of June 30, 2007 and Mortadella with an expiration date of June 4, 2007.

We assume that the Rosmarino and Mortadella product is gone because of the date, but should you have any product in the warehouse or at store level, can you please
make us aware of the quantity. As far as the Bresaola is concerned, you may find some product and if you can please document amount back to us it would be greatly appreciated.

This is not a recall, we are in a voluntary market withdrawal of this item only for the June 4, 2007 date on Rosmarino , June 30, 2007 date on Bresaola and Mortadella with a June 4 , 2007 date. We doubt that the status of this withdrawal will change, but in the event it becomes something more serious, we will make you aware immediately.

The product will have the expiration date on the front of the package in a boxed in area that states ;
