As you will recall, we recently informed you of a recall notice issued by regarding its blueberry yogurt product in six (6) ounce containers with date code of 6/22/07. Attached is a second Recall Notice we have received from Whole Soy & Co. which expands the recall notice to blueberry soy yogurt product in six (6) ounce containers with a date code of 6/29/07 and mixed berry soy yogurt in six (6) ounce containers with date codes of 6/22/07 and 6/29/07. The second recall notice is limited to Whole Soy blueberry and mixed berry yogurt with these two date codes and does not affect any other Whole Soy product.

According to the notice, the product may contain trace amounts of milk, casein or dairy derivatives with the potential of causing serious allergic reactions to persons with sensitivities to dairy – the same reason for the first recall notice.

We received these products in our warehouse on May 7 and May 14, 2007. Our records indicate that we delivered Whole Soy blueberry and/or mixed berry yogurt to your account after this date which may have included product with date code of 6/22/07 and/or 6/29/07.

In accordance with the recall notice from the manufacturer, you should immediately pull any Whole Soy blueberry or mixed berry yogurt with date code of 6/22/07 or 6/29/07 from your shelf or in your store warehouse stocks.
