URGENT: All Gerber ORGANIC Rice and Gerber ORGANIC Oatmeal 8 Ounce Cereals. Product Quality Recall

Dear Retail Customer:

At this time, Gerber Products Company is recalling all Gerber Organic Rice and Gerber Organic Oatmeal 8 ounce cereals due to a product quality issue. A limited quantity of product may contain lumps of cereal, which may pose a potential choking hazard.

We request you take the following steps:

Please remove all Gerber ORGANIC Rice and Gerber ORGANIC Oatmeal 8 Ounce Cereals from your store shelves. All product removed from shelf and inventory should be return to Gerber distribution centers as soon as possible.

Please use the authorization number ORGCER0707- 460 when returning product.

If you are unable to return this product to your distribution center, please secure the product and notify your Gerber representative so that RQA can retrieve the product.

RQA will inspect the shelves and storage area to ensure the product has been removed from the store.
