Dear Valued Customer,


Stonyfield Farm is voluntarily recalling branded 6 oz yogurt (item # 0-52159-00044-8). The recall comes in response to the possibility of glass fragments in the product. Although the company believes the problem is not widespread, it is taking this precautionary measure to ensure the safety of its consumers.

The products being recalled are packages of Stonyfield Farm 6 oz Fat Free Blueberry with the following code dates:

4/13/08
4/14/08
4/15/08
4/25/08
4/26/08


Stonyfield Farm is advising its distribution network to remove the product from store shelves immediately.

Please hold any Stonyfield product labeled 6oz Fat Free Blueberry Yogurt with the above code dates that may still be in your warehouse and remove any product from your store shelves.

If you are a distributor, please notify all customers who may have received this product immediately.
